sharon and i started writing things in the sand, like The Beatles, AC/DC, The Strokes, and then Sharon wrote: Phil is a hunchback/old granny.
haha, oh man it was great.
anyhoo, we got back, i think we went in the hot-tub.....or was it before.-stayed up and talked with my aunt fran, dan (phil's brother) phil, and sharon. i think it was that night.......i'm loosing track. but yea we stayed up till 3, and went to sleep.
quite exciting really.

next day, sharon wakes me up by proding me with her weird skull stick thing. nice way to wake up.
so we go to the beach, can't swim because the winds are to rough. so we hung out and stuff, i think we went swimming with my uncle mike and his fiance kiki...but i think it might have been the next day...meh. i cant remember.
but yea.

next day, couldn't swim again. phil tought us his "mad skills" on pool(not the swimming kind), i got a bit better, there were times when i sucked, there were times when i did really good. but it was fun.
then we went to this resturaunt, all 15 of us. we all got these shirts that say: Lane family reunion 2005. we all wore them to the resturaunt.
so, we're eating and everything, when this guy comes over with the side orders. he's looking at my menu to see what the orders were. then when he was done looking at my menu he turned to me, and was really close up and said, "i'm sorry"  right in my face.
i didn't know what to say. when he left shauna me and sharon started cracking up. oh man it was so funny.
so then sharon and i are laughing like mad, and we are so loud, that when we all left, people just glared and looked at us. which made us laugh even more.
ok, i need to shorten this post.
oh yes, we went miniture golfing at one point...i cant remember which day it was. it was me, sharon, phil, dan, mike, kiki, and my grampa(pop-pop). it was really fun, i lost, but not to bad. i did pretty good, on the first hole i sucked, which is sad because its the easiest, but i got better.
 
the next day-(i think it was the next day)-, we went kayaking(spelling??) it was really fun. it was me, sharon, shauna, my mum, my aunt cathy and uncle tom, phil, dan, and dan's fiance jen.
i was really afriad of being tipped over.  we had this tour guide, and she led us out onto the sound. i kept going to the left, so i'd have to paddle to the right more with my left arm, ugh, i got so tired.
at one point we had to go through these wooden poles in the water that were from an old dock. this was the scariest part for me.
first time i saw this big opening, so i went through that, but it turns out that one of the wooden things were under water.
and i hit it. oh god i was freaked out. but I didn't tip over, which was good.
then on the way back, i sarted to ride up on one, so i had to push off backwards, and i saw this thing in the water. oh god i freaked out. i paddled as fast as i could out of the pole things. and by the end, I thought my arms were going to fall off. but it was awesome.
thursday....i can't remember what we did....i think we just hung out, swam in the ocean.
i think it was that night when jen, phil, dan, and sharon had their never-ending-rummy game.
man that lasted forever. it didn't help that phil was taking a really long time when it was his turn. shauna and i watched, taking pictures. and movies. everyone was getting tired, and just getting crazy. it was really fun. it was so funny when sharon was getting mad at phil for taking a long time. she would get so mad at him and would start hitting him. oh, it was funny. poor phil.
then, friday,  i was having so much fun in the ocean. diving under waves and everything. i rode this one huge wave on my boogie-board and completely flipped over. my feet were sticking up in the air while my head was under water, i freaked out at first but got back up. it was really fun.
then we went parasailing (spelling??) it was delayed twice, but we finaly went. well, my sister and aunt fran went up, and on the way down, the thing broke, so they dropped in the water. which i thought was funny because i could see my sister(shauna) freaking out. but i was mad because sharon and i couldnt go.
then that night we watched jaws. my first time. it was good, not incredibly scary, because some parts you could tell it wasn't real. but i liked it.
saturday we had to leave. very sad. i miss everyone now.....
but i got to go to baltimore with sharon and her dad, and my grandparents. we stayed at their appartment. sunday me and sharon went swimming, and shopping, i got a Ramones poster. then later we went swimming again, but with my sister this time. she wouldn't go in the water, so sharon and i dragged and pushed her in. it was hilarious.
then monday we all went shopping, my grandma got us some clothes. i got a pair of capris, and a John Lennon shirt that says: "give peace a chance" on the back. its awesome. and we saw the movie madagascar. it was pretty funny.
now, i'm back in minnesota. sitting in this hot room, because we don't have central air at my dads house, so we're dying of the heat. writing this post......
oye.
i miss the ocean.
i'll write later when i feel like moving from the bed and the fan.

oh yes- i found my sunglasses. huzzah!!!

We would go on the.....saturday before the 20th, when we actually rent the house, but thats fathers day, and my dads not going and of course he wants to be with us then. So we leave on that monday.
Then....since we have to leave the house on the next saturday, and we aren't leaving until the next tuesday morning, we're gonna drive up to Maryland with my grandparents and cousin. Where I get to stay at my cousins house, which will be so fun.
so I'm really excited for that.
I haven't done that much...went to the lake with Brooke, Megan, Jeanne, Amanda, and Gracie right after we got out from school, that was really fun.
I plan alot more though, my friend is getting her pool up, which is always freezing cold. And I'm TRYING to get a nice tan, and NOT burn. Which happens every year.
